「Mon Coeur series」Matcha Osmanthus Lava Tart (15cm)
Another meticulous creation by Chef Asuka has arrived — a matcha dessert with an innovative twist! The tart is made from the finest matcha powder from Kyoto with candied osmanthus, on the top is matcha whipped cream, sprinkled with aromatic matcha powder. Sandwiching a spread of osmanthus pear lava sauce, underneath the exquisite facade is a layer of matcha osmanthus almond cream and matcha osmanthus ganache. The refreshingly sweet tastes of pear and osmanthus compliment the slight astringent flavours of matcha perfectly, everything is so on the nose, one slice will not be enough!
